HURPES is a membership based volunteer organization conducting research and campaigns. Peace Society is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit independent volunteer organization with a focus on non-violence, peace, human rights & democracy. HURPES was founded on 1st June 1996. It's members consist of activists who had previously been working with national & international organizations focusing on the human rights & peace.
