INVOLVEMENT IN HUMAN RIGHTS, DEMOCRACY AND PEACE

MOVEMENT OF NEPAL:

 

  1. Involved in democracy and human rights movement of Nepal. In this connection arrested several times in the past( including ‘Satyagraha’)
  2. Fast unto death (28 January to 2 February 1997) opposing human rights violation( abuses) and demanding formation of independent institute( National Human Rights Commission) to protect and promote human rights. The fasting was organized by Human Rights & Peace Society.

 

  1. Asan artist associated with renowned Drama group SARWANAM since 1980’s to 2002 and performed in various Dramas throughout the country & abroad .
